He failed to retain his card on the prestigious and lucrative Japan Tour and almost did likewise on the Asian Tour, as the experiment to divide his time between both professional golf circuits proved unsuccessful.

I was diagnosed to have asthma during my elementary years….it was our family doctor who suggested that i join the sunday fun runs at cultural
center complex to improve my lung function….that was way back 1984. The rest was history…..

Running became a form of my routine exercise….i got hooked into running during my highschool year finishing my firts Full Marathon at 42kms when I was in my 2nd year highschool….

Majority of Filipinos make New Year’s resolutions. Less than 40 percent stick with them past six months.

“When people slip up, they always say, ‘I’m a total loser. It never works for me, but come to think of it, they shall say is, ‘I’ll get right back on track and I’ll succeed.’ ”

People who ultimately fulfill their resolutions slip up a lot of times during the entire year. Instead of accepting defeat, they learn from their mistakes, adjust their thinking and move forward. It’s a lesson anyone can apply to a resolution.

Ultimate Fitness Diary Day 1: January 26, 2012, The First Workout – Now that the assessment is done, the first thing to do is start with the program to correct my posture and work on the goals that I need to meet. Aldy Afuang of Sky Fitness Manila was the trainer assigned to help me achieve my goals. This is the first day of workout that I can assure you made results and I felt it. My son even noticed the results and imagine that’s just one workout.
